cozy spaces.

For as long as I can remember I have always enjoyed decorating and designing the space I get to call home. Most of my life its been a simple bedroom or apartment, but I always enjoy seeing what I can do with the space. Until husband and have a house of our own...I dream through Pinterest and do my best with the little space I have in our Apartment. A few my favorites. I am really enjoying the clean, white, simple and vintage look right now. A few statement pieces can go a long way when decorating a room.

I thought about doing something like this in our bedroom. since I already have a lot of those items. but husband thinks its not a very good idea to hang a chandelier  in our apartment that we are renting and only plan to live in for a year. hello weekend.

travels.

I am with husband this week on the road. In order to meet some of goals for the business this year yet, we decided we needed to hit the wide open road ourselves and make a little money. Thankfully we have some fun things planned for the weekend so it makes the miles seem a little less daunting. Life out here on the road has been quite an adjustment for me, thankfully I have a very sweet husband who is very gracious and keeps reminding me why were doing this.

I am very blessed and so loved. thank you sweet jesus.

Speaking of the weekend. Husband and I are attending the "real marriage' conference with Mark and Grace Driscoll. Hurry up dear sweet weekend.

It's been a long time since I left my thoughts on these pages. My life has changed so much in the last year and it's about to change a lot more. Last year I met this guy for coffee. Only because my friend told me he was cool and that I really needed to meet him. She was sure we would it hit off. I was sure she was crazy. But after a few weeks of text messages and late night chats I wondered if maybe she wasn't so crazy. Maybe just maybe he was the man I've been praying for and dreaming about. He pursued my heart like none other. It didn't take long before I knew he was the one. On Christmas Morning he got on one knee and asked me to marry him. It was a special moment I'll always cherish. In just 78 days we are getting married! I can't wait! God is so faithful!!
